Universal Studios, Florida vacation 2009.

So it was time for our yearly trip down to Florida to go and visit my dad and family. It was bitter sweet, cause we were going down without Jason. But it was a much needed vacation. Izaac and Nathan are only 6 months apart and every time we go down they are on different playing fields. But they seem to have finally caught with each other, and had a blast with very little fighting. I was able to catch up on my reading I started and finished the 1st Twilight book and am 1/2 way through the 2nd. Every time we come down we try to go to at least one park.On Saturday we went Universal Studios, and Izaac had a blast seeing all his favorite characters and riding all the rides. The boys were tall enough to get on all of them and so Kenneth and I took them on their 1st big ride, the Jurasic Park Coster! They both screamed like babies, but they loved it and wanted more! I wanted to buy the picture they take on the ride but you couldnt see the boys!! lol

They were so excited to get to meet spiderman that they didn't know what to say! It was so funny, but once we left they wouldn't stop talking about it! Boys, haha!!!!

Jason's Graduation!!!!!! Feb 06, 2009

Well after4 long months he made it through boot camp and now he is off to Fort Sam Huston, TX, to complete his training. I was very happy to be able to be there for him on this day. It was a long drive but i am grateful to Ronald for coming with me and helping out. Way to go Jason you made it!

Ok so lets travel back in time to December 2008!!!!

So alot happened in December, it was Izaacs birthday,Izaacs winter program, and the best of all Jason came home for 2 short weeks! Oh yeah and Christmas!! LOL Izaac had a month long birthday, anytime we went out to a restaurant we would get them to sing "Happy Birthday" to him, he loved it, he said that this was the best birthday ever. Jason came home on Dec 19th, I was soooooooooooo happy to see him, and to find out what all he had been going through, and to see the changes in his weight and personality!!! He has lost a lot of weight, 100lbs to be exact, and we were glad to see that he was the same Jase that we knew and loved!!!! While Jason was home we of course celebrated Ikys birthday yet again!! We also visited Jason mom and family in WV, and spent Christmas Eve with them. We had a nice Christmas day at out house just being lazy, Jase wanted to do a lot of that since he couldn't do it while he was way!!! Izaac loved Christmas so much that he has decided that we are going to leave our tree up all year( or at least till we move!) We also built a gingerbread house that Izaac loved, mostly for all the candy!!! For New Years we went to Baltimore for the 2nd year in a row with Ron,Laura,Lila and my Mom( hopefully i will get some pictures from Ronald one day to post, I left my camera in the truck, I know dumb move!!!) We were very sad to say good bye to Jason on January 3rd, but we knew that we would be seeing him at his upcoming Graduation on Feb 6th. So i know i'm a little late at this but i hope that everyone had a great Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!!

I promise to never wait this long to blog cause this took forever to do!

This is from Izaacs 1st 2 birthdays, we went to Baltimore on both Saturday and Sunday for $$1 days. We went with Rachel,Kyle and Tyler to the aquarium and with Mely, and Peyton to Port discovery. And of course Iky had a blast!

This is Iky at his schools Winter Program! We were sad that Jason couldn't be there it was the night before he came home!

This is the day that Jason came home we were soooooo happy to see him and to have him home for the holidays! Man do i love myself a man in uniform!!!!

We bought this gingerbread making kit at the beginning of the month and Iky really wanted to make it with the whole family. So he waited till daddy came home and he was the happiest kid in town the day we made it!

These are Christmas Morning he waited very patiently for us to come down so he could check to see what was in the #25 of the calendar and to open his gift from Santa. We told him that everyday Santa came and checked to be sure he was behaving and if he was then he would leave something special everyday and that on Christmas day he would get the biggest gift!

You cant tell by this picture but he was very excited to get this it was what he asked for from Santa, i think he was tired of me telling him to look at the camera! lol
